Service Fees
This free 15-minute meet & greet is a time for you to get to know the therapist, and for us to figure out if we are the best fit for your service needs. You (and your child) can meet in person or over the phone, to discuss key concerns and strengths of your child.
Meet & Greet: complimentary
Occupational Therapy services are covered by many insurance providers. A receipt of services will be issued for the client to submit for reimbursement.
The initial visit is a time to get to know you and your child. You will fill out an initial assessment questionnaire before the appointment. During the visit, we will use play, informal screening tools, and discussion with you to learn more about your child and create a therapy plan or recommendations for your child.
Initial Consultation: $225 (90 minutes)
This includes one hour of case history, assessment and screening, with results documented in a formal report. The report includes detailed assessment results, Occupational Therapy goals and/or recommendations. This report can be shared with your doctor, other healthcare professionals, or your child’s school.
Assessment with Report: $425
Intervention includes: in-clinic services; parent and/or caregiver coaching, education, and support; phone or email contact with other professionals; consultation to community clinicians and programs.
Intervention: $150/hr
**Please note that we are unable to serve children with FSCD funding or an autism diagnosis at this time.**
